NOTICE

Constitution of School Level Fee Regulation Committee (SLFRC)

 

Dear Parents/Guardians,

School is hereby to inform you that as per the order issued by the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi, vide Order No. DE.15(431)/PSB/2025/9744-9752 dated 24.12.2025, under the Delhi School Education (Transparency in Fixation and Regulation of Fees) Act, 2025 and Rules, 2025, every school is required to constitute a School Level Fee Regulation Committee (SLFRC) for the Academic Session 2025-26.

 

About SLFRC

The SLFRC is a statutory committee constituted to ensure transparency and fairness in fixation and regulation of school fees. The committee includes:

  • School Management
  • Parents
  • Teachers
  • Department of Education (Observer)

 

Selection of Parent Representatives

1     Five (5) Parent Representatives will be selected through a transparent and public draw of lots from among eligible Parents.

2     All Parents/Guardians of students currently enrolled in the school are eligible for the draw. Parents of students admitted under EWS/DG/CWSN categories, won’t be eligible as per government rules.

3     For wider participation, only one Parent/Guardian per family will be included in the SLFRC.

4     Draw of waiting list will also be declared at the same time.

5     If, in draw, both Parents get selected then first drawn name will be selected.

6     Unwilling Parents may submit their letter in School’s office within 3 working days.

Date:    03/01/2026

Time:    10 a.m.

Venue:  School Ground

The draw will be held in a fair, transparent, and public manner in the presence of the Department of Education Nominee/Observer. Parents are requested to be present on mandatory basis at the above-mentioned date, time, and venue.

Important Information

  • The final list of SLFRC members will be displayed on the School notice board and uploaded on the School’s website after completion of the draw.
  • The Committee will examine and decide on the fee proposal for the Academic Session 2025-26 as per the prescribed timelines.

We request the cooperation of all Parents to ensure smooth and transparent implementation of the above government directions.

स्कूल स्तर शुल्क विनियमन समिति (एसएलएफआरसी) का संविधान

 

प्रियमाता-पिता/अभिभावक,

स्कूलआपको सूचित करता है कि शिक्षा निदेशालय, राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा जारीआदेश केअनुसार, आदेश संख्या DE.15(431)/PSB/2025/9744-9752 दिनांक 24.12.2025, दिल्लीस्कूलशिक्षा (फीस के निर्धारणऔर विनियमन में पारदर्शिता) अधिनियम, 2025 औरनियम, 2025 के तहत, प्रत्येक स्कूल को शैक्षणिक सत्र 2025-26 के लिए स्कूल स्तर शुल्क विनियमन समिति (SLFRC) का गठन करनाआवश्यकहै।

 

एसएलएफआरसी के बारे में

एसएलएफआरसी स्कूल फीस के निर्धारणऔर विनियमन में पारदर्शिताऔर निष्पक्षता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए गठित एक वैधानिक समिति है।समिति में शामिल हैं:

•        स्कूल प्रबंधन

•        माता-पिता

•        शिक्षक

•        शिक्षा विभाग (पर्यवेक्षक)

अभिभावक प्रतिनिधियों का चयन

1       पात्र माता-पिता के बीच से एक पारदर्शीऔर सार्वजनिक ड्रॉ के माध्यम से पांच (5) अभिभावक प्रतिनिधियों का चयन किया जाएगा।

2       वर्तमान में स्कूल में नामांकित छात्रों के सभी माता-पिता/अभिभावक ड्रा के लिए पात्र हैं।ईडब्ल्यूएस/डीजी/सीडब्ल्यूएसएन श्रेणियों के तहत भर्ती छात्रों के माता-पिता, सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार पात्र नहीं होंगे।

3       व्यापक भागीदारी के लिए, प्रति परिवार केवल एक माता-पिता/अभिभावक को एसएलएफ आरसी में शामिल किया जाएगा।

4       प्रतीक्षा सूची का ड्रा भी उसी समय घोषित किया जाएगा।

5       यदि, ड्रामें, दोनों माता-पिता चुने जाते हैं तो पहले ड्रा नाम का चयन किया जाएगा।

6       अनिच्छुक माता-पिता कार्य दिवसों के भीतर स्कूल के कार्यालय में अपना पत्र जमा कर सकते हैं।

 

लॉट का ड्रा - विवरण

शिक्षा विभाग के नामांकित व्यक्ति/पर्यवेक्षक की उपस्थिति में ड्रा निष्पक्ष, पारदर्शी और सार्वजनिक तरीक़े से आयोजित किया जाएगा।माता-पिता से अनुरोध है कि वे उपरोक्त तिथि, समय और स्थान पर अनिवार्य आधार पर उपस्थित रहें।

महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी

•        एसएलएफआरसी सदस्यों की अंतिम सूची स्कूल नोटिस बोर्ड पर प्रदर्शित की जाएगीऔर ड्रा पूरा होने के बाद स्कूल की वेबसाइट परअपलोड की जाएगी।

•        समिति निर्धारित समय सीमा के अनुसार शैक्षणिक सत्र 2025-26 के लिए शुल्क प्रस्ताव की जांच करेगी और निर्णय लेगी।

हम उपरोक्त सरकारी निर्देशों केसुचारूऔर पारदर्शी कार्यान्वयन को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सभीमाता-पिता के सहयोग काअनुरोध करते हैं।
